Thần đồng đất Việt comics

A Vietnamese comic, drawn with Vietnamese faces, telling stories of Vietnamese village life inspired by old tales of scholar prodigies. Clever Tí, dainty Sửu, greedy Dần and cheeky Mẹo.

Kids swapped the riddles from the books and practised drawing the characters on their notebook covers. For many of them it was the first time a comic “of our own” felt every bit as good as the imported ones.
